Organic japanese sencha tea, ichibancha, first picking year 2024. The tea is of the Yutaka Midori cultivar, whose name means "abundant green," a popular cultivar in Kagoshima. The tea bushes are shaded from the sun for a period before harvesting.

Steeping Suggestion

Steeping instructions:
2dl - 6g tea at 70 °C water, 1 minute. Pour out the last drop between steepings.
Second steeping 70 °C, pour directly.
Third steeping 70 °C, pour directly.
