Organic Green Tea
Organic japanese sencha tea, ichibancha, first picking year 2023, asamushi. The tea is of the Yamakai cultivar, a somewhat unusual unregistered cultivar with good taste properties.
Origin: Isagawa, Tenryu, Shizuoka, Japan
Taste: The tea has grassy notes, umami.
Appearance: Green flat short tea leaves.
Ingredients: Organic Green tea from Japan.
Steeping instructions:
2dl - 5g tea at 70 °C water, 1 minute.
Pour out the last drop between
steepings.
Second steeping 70 °C, pour directly.
Third steeping 70 °C, pour directly.
