Green tea
Sencha Seiryu is produced year 2024, Ichibancha. This is an exclusive japanese Sencha tea from Uji region. The tea is produced by half of Zairai from Wazuka, which is tea from seeds that were planted in the region long time ago, 30% of popular Yabukita cultivar and 20% of Saemidori known for a sweet mild appearance.
The tea is produced by traditional methods and is harvested by hand. It has very beautiful dark emerald green leaves that comes from tea beeing shaded from the sun for a short period before harvest.
Production of Japanese tea has it's beginning in this region.
Origin: Wazuka, Japan
Taste: Sweet taste, mild appearance, umami, very well balanced.
Appearance: Emerald green straight-cut leaves.
Steeping instructions:
2dl - 6g tea at 70 °C water, 1 minute.
Pour out the last drop between
steepings.
Second steeping 80 °C, pour directly.
Third steeping 85 °C, pour directly.
