Organic Green Tea
Organic certified Japanese Sencha tea, ichibancha, first picking in 2024, asamushi, light steamed. The tea is produced from the Koushun cultivar. Koushun is used across the spectrum of Japanese teas and is known for a rich, somewhat aromatic taste. It is a cross between Kurasawa and Kanaya-midori
Origin: Shizuoka, Japan
Taste: The tea has a rich taste, sweet note with light aroma.
Appearance: Green flat short tea leaves.
Steeping instructions:
2dl - 5g tea at 75 °C water, 1 minute.
Pour out the last drop between
steepings.
Second steeping 75 °C, 30 sec.
Third steeping 75 °C, 30 sec.
