Organic Green Tea
Organic japanese sencha tea, ichibancha, first picking year 2024, asamushi, light degree steaming of the popular Yabukita cultivar. The tea comes from Isagawa mountain range in Tenryu, Shizuoka. The tea is grown here at an altitude of about 500 meters above sea level, resulting in less harvests and a tea that develops slowly.

Steeping Suggestion

Steeping instructions:
2dl - 5g tea at 70 °C water, 1 minute. Pour out the last drop between steepings.
Second steeping 70 °C, 30 sec.
Third steeping 70 °C, 30 sec.
