The tea is harvested in spring 2019. In the scent you sence the roasting of the tea and a chestnut scent. The taste has a lightly roasted tone that balances with a taste of chestnut with sweet tones.

Taiwan Red Jade White Tea 100 gram
Harvested winter of 2018. The tea is hand picked, hand made and grown at an altitude of about 2500 m in Cui Luan, Li Shan, Taiwan. The tea is light oxidized. Grows on one of the highest points in Taiwan. Very well balanced tea, full-bodied, with a mild and sweet appearance with some aroma and with vegetal hints.
This is an oolong tea from Taiwan with small pieces of bergamot. The flavor blends well and gives a good citrus note. The tea is a form of traditional flavoring and no aromas are used for the production. Bergamot is the flavor used for flavoring Earl Grey. The tea has a very well balanced flavor with taste of bergamot.
Harvested in November, winter 2018. This is a very lightly oxidized oolong tea from Taiwan with a 150 year history. The tea has an oxidation rate of 10%, but the tea is deep roasted which produces a clear taste that enhances the teas aromatic sweet notes. This tea has a very intense prominent floral aroma and flavor with a lightness and greenery in the taste.
Wen Shan Bao Zhong Oolong 50 gram
A very famous oolong tea from Taiwan, hand picked and hand made. The tea is harvested in summer 2018. The cultivar used for the production of this tea is Ching Xin. The tea is high oxidized, almost black tea with an oxidation degree of 70%. Sweet flavor with fruity tones and a long aftertaste.
This handpicked oolong tea from Taiwan is harvested in the winter of 2018. Fu Shou Shan is the second highest mountain peak in Li Shan mountain range. The tea is grown at an altitude of 2500 m. The cultivar used for production of this tea is Chin Shin. The tea is not roasted and is very light oxidized at a level of about 15%. Very well balanced tea, full bodied, sweetness, touch of cream, very light flowery notes with a long aftertaste.
