Organic Green Tea
Organically certified Japanese Kabuse tea, ichibancha, first harvest of 2024. The tea is a semi-shaded tea and steamed to a medium degree, Chumushi. The tea is of the Saemidori cultivar. The shading results in a tea with a higher content of the amino acid Theanine, which contributes to a sweeter taste.
Origin: Kagoshima, Japan
Taste: The tea has a full-bodied taste, light aroma.
Appearance: Green flat short tea leaves.
Ingredients: Organic Green tea from Japan.
Steeping instructions:
2dl - 5g tea at 70 °C water, 1 minute.
Pour out the last drop between
steepings.
Second steeping 70 °C, pour directly.
Third steeping 70 °C, pour directly.
