Green tea - Cloud and Mist
This green tea is grown at high altitude in Hangzhou. The tea is produced from a top and two leaves of Long Jing #43 cultivar and harvested spring 2023. Yun Wu means clouds and mist. Grown without use of pesticides.
The tea emits a delightful scent, the tea leaves are slightly curled and in the taste is umami.
Origin: Hangzhou, Zhejiang, Kina
Taste: Light, balanced, umami.
Appearance: The tea leaves slightly rolled, green.
Steeping Instructions:
4dl teapot - use about 8 grams of tea. Pour in 80 °C water and let it steep for 1 minute.
2dl teapot - use about 4 grams of tea. Pour in 80 °C water and let it steep for 1 minute.
Second steeping 1 minute.
Third steeping 1.5 minutes.
