Oolong Tea
Roasted Tie Guan Yin tea from Mu Zha, Taipei in Taiwan. The oxidation level of the tea is about 10% and the degree of roasting is 6, middle to hard-roasted. The tea is roasted over charcoal according to traditional methods. The tea cultivar is Tie Guan Yin. The process of roasting allows the tea to be stored for an extended period.

Origin: Mu Zha, Taipei, Taiwan
Taste: Roasted taste, light aroma, roasted taste.
Appearance: Leaf rolled into small balls.
Steeping instructions:
4dl teapot - use about 6 grams of tea. Pour in 100 °C water and let it steep for 3 minutes.
2dl teapot - use about 3 grams of tea. Pour in 100 °C water and let it steep for 3 minutes.
Second steeping 4 minutes, third steeping increase the time to 5 minutes. Make sure the temperature of the water does not sink, taste evolves with the heat.
