Oolong Tea - Four Seasons
An oolong tea from Nantou in Taiwan spring harvest year 2024. The tea is produced by Si Ji Chun cultivar. Si Ji Chun is a hardy and popular tea cultivar in Taiwan with good taste characteristics.
Si Ji Chun is grown mainly in slightly lower altitudes. As the tea bushes are hardy and produces a good crop Si Ji Chun is often an affordable tea with a floral flavor appearance.
Origin: Taiwan
Taste: The flavor is mild, light sweet with flowery hints.
Appearance: Leaf rolled into small balls.
Steeping instructions:
4dl teapot - use about 6 grams of tea. Pour in 100 °C water and let it steep for 3 minutes.
2dl teapot - use about 3 grams of tea. Pour in 100 °C water and let it steep for 3 minutes.
Second steeping 3 minutes, third steeping increase the time to 4 minutes. Make sure the temperature of the water does not drop, taste evolves with heat.
