Green Tea
Green tea produced in San Xia, Taiwan, harvested in February 2023. The tea is Pre Qing Ming, very early harvest. The tea is hand-picked and produced by cultivar Chin Xin Gan Zhi. San Xia is known in Taiwan for the production of green tea.
For several generations, our producer has been making this green tea. The youngest tea leaves are hand-picked by tea pickers in the area, they are collected and then produced according to the same method as Bi Luo Chun tea is normally produced. The tea has a unique character in the taste that is only found in green teas from Taiwan.
Origin: San Xia, Taiwan
Taste: Well-balanced tea with a sweet taste and a mild aromatic hint and long aftertaste.
Appearance: Whole green rolled tea leaf.
Steeping Instructions:
4dl teapot - use about 8 grams of tea. Pour in 80 °C water and let it steep for 2 minutes.
2dl teapot
- use about 4 grams of tea. Pour in 80 °C water and let it steep for 2 minutes.
Second steeping 2.5 minutes.
Third steeping 3 minutes.
