Black tea
Exclusive Darjeeling tea from the first flush, of the Clonal type, grown at Puttabong, Darjeeling's oldest tea estate. The tea bushes grow here at over 1000 meters altitude. Puttabong's artisanal tradition gives the tea its unique character, making it one of the highest quality teas in this year's First Flush selection.
Origin: West Bengal, Darjeeling, India
Taste: Balanced taste with a light tone of flower and vanilla.
Appearance: Light golden brew, green tea leaves.
Steeping instructions:
4dl teapot - use about 6 grams of tea. Pour in 100° water and let it steep for 1.5 minutes.
2dl teapot - use about 3 grams of tea. Pour in 100° water and let it steep for 1.5 minutes.
Second steeping 2 minutes, third steeping increase the time to 3 minutes. Make sure the temperature of the water does not drop, taste evolves with heat.
