Olive leaf has traditionally been used to brew tea in the Mediterranean. Olive leaf tea is produced by the cut leaves of the olive tree. While many know the use of olive oil, there are fewer who know olive leaf tea.
Taste: Mild taste with mild spicy aftertaste.
Ingredients: Cut olive leaves
Latin: Olea europaea
Steeping Instructions:
4dl teapot - use about 5 grams of tea (2 Tbsp). Pour in 100 °C water and let it steep for 5 minutes.
