Black tea
A quality Lapsang tea from Taiwan, a tea with a smoky taste, but with a taste of smoke in balance. Is grown by Mr. Xiang and is produced by a blend of cultivars from Taiwan.
Origin: San Xia New Taipei, Taiwan
Taste: Smoky aroma and taste of hardwood in balance.
Appearance: Black small leaves.
Steeping instructions:
4dl teapot - use about 6 grams of tea. Pour in 100° water and let it steep for 30 sec.
2dl teapot - use about 3 grams of tea. Pour in 100° water and let it steep for 30 sec.
Second steeping 30 sec, third steeping increase the time to 40 seconds. Make sure the temperature of the water does not drop, taste evolves with heat.
