Black tea
Darjeeling tea second flush is from Clonal teabushes of cultivar P312. The tea has been produced from the tea estate's exclusive production. The teabushes are grown at an altitude of about 1500 m. The Tea Estate is org certified.

The tea is produced from tips and two leaf. Jungpana is one of the oldest Tea Estates in Darjeeling and one of the most famous. The Tea Estate was founded in 1899.

Taste: Fruity taste with some complexity.
Appearance: Tip and two leaf. High amount of tips.

Steeping Suggestion

Steeping instructions:
4dl teapot - use about 6 grams of tea. Pour in 100° water and let it steep for 1 minute.
2dl teapot - use about 3 grams of tea. Pour in 100° water and let it steep for 1 minute.
Second steeping 1 minute, third steeping increase the time to 1.5 minutes. Make sure the temperature of the water does not drop, taste evolves with heat.
