Oolong Tea
Light oxidized oolong. This tea is grown at an altitude of about 800 meters. The tea is cultivar Huang Jin Gui, grown in Jin Gu in An Xi in Fujian province.

This oolong is one of the most famous Oolong teas from the mountains of An Xi, Fujian Province. This variety has become one of the desirable oolong teas from An Xi with a production that started late 1900. Name implies to the taste of Osmanthus flower.











Origin: An Xi, Fujian Province
Taste: Full-bodied flavor with vegetal notes and a light floral touch.
Appearance: Small green leaves rolled up, top-shots and one or two leaves. A bright yellow-green brew.

Steeping Suggestion

Steeping instructions:
4dl teapot - use about 6 grams of tea. Pour in 100 °C water and let it steep for 2 minutes.
2dl teapot - use about 3 grams of tea. Pour in 100 °C water and let it steep for 2 minutes.
Second steeping 3 minutes, third steeping increase the time to 4 minutes. Make sure the temperature of the water does not sink, tastes evolve with the heat.
