Black tea
Darjeeling tea of second flush is produced at Goomtee Tea Estate. The tea is made from tea bushes of the China type at an altitude of about 1500 meters.
Goomtee Tea Estate is located near the southern Kurseong and is one of the oldest tea estates in Darjeeling.
Origin: Kurseong, Darjeeling, India
Taste: Balanced taste with a hint of grape in the taste.
Appearance: This high-quality Darjeeling makes a beautiful light golden brew.
Steeping instructions:
4dl teapot - use about 6 grams of tea. Pour in 100° water and let it steep for 40 seconds.
2dl teapot - use about 3 grams of tea. Pour in 100° water and let it steep for 40 seconds.
Second steeping 1 minute, third steeping 1 minute. Make sure the temperature of the water does not drop, taste evolves with heat.
