Black tea - Goomtee SFTGFOP1 CH
A classic first flush tea from tea bushes harvested in early spring of 2022. The tea bushes are grown at an altitude of about 1500 m on Goomtee Tea Estate.
Goomtee Tea Estate is located near the southern Kurseong and is one of the oldest tea estates in Darjeeling.
Origin: Kurseong, Darjeeling, India
Taste: The tea has a well-balanced flavor with sweetness and richness.
Appearance: This Darjeeling tea makes a beautiful light golden brew and has green leaves in color.
Steeping instructions:
4dl teapot - use about 6 grams of tea. Pour in 100° water and let it steep for 1 minutes.
2dl teapot - use about 3 grams of tea. Pour in 100° water and let it steep for 1 minutes.
Second steeping 1 minutes, third steeping increase the time to 1.5 minutes. Make sure the temperature of the water does not drop, taste evolves with heat.
