Second Flush black Darjeeling tea from Giddapahar Tea Estate. The tea is produced of AV2 tea cultivar. The tea is produced from tea cultivar AV2. AV2 is a well-known tea cultivar in Darjeeling with good taste properties.

Giddapahar Tea estate is a small family garden located in Kurseong area, also known as Eagle Cliff and the tea is growing at an altitude of about 1500 m.











Origin: Himalaya, India, Darjeeling, Kurseong
Taste: Full-bodied, sweet fruity taste.
Appearance: Dark whole leaf.

Steeping Suggestion

Steeping Instructions:
4dl teapot - use about 6 grams of tea. Pour in 90 °C water and let it steep for 2 minutes.
2dl teapot - use about 3 grams of tea. Pour in 90 °C water and let it steep for 2 minutes.
Second steeping 2.5 minutes and 3 seconds on the third steeping. Make sure the water temperature does not drop, the flavor develops with the heat.

The tea will hold for a couple steepings on the same leaves.
