Green Tea
Unique green tea produced in Taiwan harvested in march 2024. The tea is hand picked and produced by tea cultivar Jin Xuan. The tea undergoes a production method that increases the content of the naturally occurring amino acid GABA. The tea consist of whole leaf. An aromatic fruity green tea.
The tea is grown without the use of pesticides. In Nantou, a large variety of Taiwanese teas are produced. Green tea belongs to the unusual in Taiwan which is famous mainly for the production of high quality oolong teas but also has a range of unique black teas.
Origin: Ming Jian, Nantou, Taiwan
Taste: Aromatic fruity green tea.
Appearance: Whole green rolled tea leaf.
Steeping Instructions:
4dl teapot - use about 8 grams of tea. Pour in 80 °C water and let it steep for 1.5 minutes.
2dl teapot
- use about 4 grams of tea. Pour in 80 °C water and let it steep for 1.5 minutes.
Second steeping 1.5 minutes.
Third steeping 2 minutes.
