Oolong tea- Ren Shen Oolong
This is a high quality oolong tea from Taiwan that is traditionally blended with Ginseng. The tea is distinguished from the ginseng oolong teas produced in China, both in appearance and taste.
This oolong tea has retained its natural appearance and flavor of oolong tea, but with a tasteful blending of the flavor of Ginseng. For this tea, the aromatic Jin Xuan cultivar was used and gives the tea a well balanced taste with sweetness.
This tea is traditionally blended according to ancient tradition in Taiwan. Oolong tea is used is lightly oxidized.
Origin: Nantou, Taiwan
Taste: The tea has a very well balanced flavor with sweetness.
Appearance: Tea leaves rolled into small balls.
Steeping Instructions:
4dl teapot - use about 6 grams of tea. Pour in 100 °C water and let it steep for 3 minutes.
2dl teapot - use about 3 grams of tea. Pour in 100 °C water and let it steep for 3 minutes.
Second steeping 3 minutes
Third steeping 4 minutes. Make sure the water temperature does not drop, the flavor develops with the heat.
