Oolong tea
Exclusive light oxidized oolong tea from the Wudong mountains in Guangdong province in China. The tea is grown at an altitude of around 800 m above sea level. The tea is of higher oxidation level and is roasted of middle degree.
Yu Lan is translated to Magnolia and is one of the famous teas produced in the area.
Origin: Da Ping, Wudong, Guangdong China
Taste: The tea is has a balanced floral note, sweetness, light aroma. Long aftertaste.
Appearance: Dark green leaves, brown leaves.
Steeping instructions:
4dl teapot - use about 8 grams of tea. Pour in 100 °C water and let it steep for 1 minute.
2dl teapot - use about 4 grams of tea. Pour in 100 °C water and let it steep for 1 minute.
Second steeping 1 minute, third steeping 1.5 minutes, fourth steeping 1.5 minutes, fifth steeping 2 minutes.
Make sure the temperature of the water does not sink, taste evolves with heat. This tea can be brewed on the same tea leaves many times. Increase the steeping time for each steeping.
