Oolong Tea
This Ya Shi Dancong oolong tea is carefully handpicked in the Wudong Mountains, located in Guangdong Province, China. Grown at an altitude of approximately 600 meters above sea level, this tea comes from the Ya Shi cultivar, which in Swedish means "Duck Shit."
Dancong teas are world-renowned for their fragrance and incredibly complex flavor. This type of tea has been cultivated and refined for generations by skilled tea farmers who have passed down their culture and knowledge. The combination of altitude, soil, and climate in Wudong creates ideal conditions for producing an oolong with a multifaceted flavor profile – from subtle fruity notes to a light mineral undertone.
