Oolong Tea - Honey Orchid
This oolong tea is harvested in spring 2024 from Wudong mountain in Guangdong province in China. The tea is pre-Qing Ming, first flush. The tea is known for its peachy taste and is a very popular tea. The tea is, despite its dark appearance light oxidized tea and with a light taste.
"Mi Lan" means Honey Orchid.
"Dancong" means single bush tea and suggests to descent from a single bush, which only applies to the most exclusive Dancong teas. Dancong teas are known for its aromatic flavor that reminiscence of different fruits and flowers.
Origin: Fenghuang, Guangdong China
Taste: Tea has a very good and sweet taste of peach and floral tones with a long after-taste.
Appearance: Free rolled dark leaves.
Steeping instructions:
4dl teapot - use about 6 grams of tea. Pour in 100 °C water and let it steep for 1 minute.
2dl teapot - use about 3 grams of tea. Pour in 100 °C water and let it steep for 1 minute.
Second steeping 1 minutes, third steeping increase the time to 1.5 minutes. Make sure the temperature of the water does not sink, taste evolves with heat.
