Oolong tea
Da Yu Ling is a famous and exclusive oolong tea from Taiwan. The tea is harvested in spring of 2024. The tea is picked by hand and is very light oxidized. Da Yu Ling is grown at the highest place in Taiwan at an altitude of about 2800 meters in Li Shan mountain area and is produced from Chin Shin cultivar.
The altitude allows the tea to develop slowly. In Da Yu Ling tea is harvested only 2 times per year because of its slow growth.
Origin: Da Yu Ling, Hualien, Taiwan
Taste: Very well-balanced tea with a light complex sweet taste.
Appearance: Tea-leaves rolled into small balls.
Steeping Instructions:
4dl teapot - use about 6 grams of tea. Pour in 100 °C water and let it steep for 3 minutes.
2dl teapot - use about 3 grams of tea. Pour in 100 °C water and let it steep for 3 minutes.
Second steeping 3 minutes.
Third steeping 4 minutes. Make sure the water temperature does not drop, the flavor develops with the heat.
The tea is suited for a lot of steepings on same leaves.
