Green tea
Da Fang is a green tea that resembles the well-known Lung Ching (Long Jing) in both appearance and production technique. With a tradition believed to precede Lung Ching production, Da Fang carries a historical legacy from the tea-growing regions of Shexian in Anhui Province. The tea was harvested in spring 2024 and is produced from the Shidacha tea cultivar.
Origin: An Hui Province, China
Taste: In the scent you sence the roasting of the tea and a chestnut scent. The taste has a lightly roasted tone that balances with a taste of chestnut with sweet tones.
Appearance: Flat green leaves. Brew has a light green color.
Steeping instructions:
4dl teapot - use about 8 grams of tea. Pour in 80 °C water and let it steep for 1 minute.
2dl teapot
- Use about 4 grams of tea. Pour in 80 °C water and let it steep for 1 minute.
Second steeping 1,5 minutes.
Third steeping 2,5 minutes.
