Lemon grass is known from Southeast Asia as a spice in cooking and has traditionally been used in many cultures to brew tea on. Lemon grass has a high content of essential oils that give the herb its aromatic flavor, and is often used in tea blends.

Steeping Instructions:
4dl teapot - use about 5 grams of tea. Pour in 100 °C water and let it steep for 5 minutes.
