Stinging nettle has traditionally been used for a long time both in Europe and by Indian tribes in the North America. Tea of stinging nettle is diuretic. The drink is very dark in color, looks almost black.
Taste: A mild and good taste.
Ingredients: Dried leaves of nettles.

Steeping Instructions:
4dl teapot - use about 5 grams of tea (2 Tbsp). Pour in 100 °C water and let it steep for 10 minutes.
