Black tea
Exclusive hand-picked Darjeeling tea, first flush harvested early spring 2023. Grown without pesticides on an org certified Tea Estate. The tea is produced from tea bushes grown at an altitude of between 700 and 1700 m. A delicate tea.
Origin: Runbong, Darjeeling, India
Taste: Well balanced taste with hints of honeydew melon.
Appearance: Light golden brew and green leaves in color.
Steeping instructions:
4dl teapot - use about 6 grams of tea. Pour in 100° water and let it steep for 2 minutes.
2dl teapot - use about 3 grams of tea. Pour in 100° water and let it steep for 2 minutes.
Second steeping 2 minutes, third steeping increase the time to 3 minutes. Make sure the temperature of the water does not drop, taste evolves with heat.
