Black tea - Avongrove Euphoria SF
Exclusive hand-picked Darjeeling tea, second flush. Grown without pesticides on an org certified Tea Estate. The tea is produced from tea bushes grown at an altitude of between 700 and 1700 m.
Avongrove Tea Estate is located in the Rangbhang valley in the Darjeeling district by the Balason river, with plantations stretching between 700 - 1700 meters above sea level.
Origin: Runbong, Darjeeling, India
Taste: Sweet, full-bodied balanced taste with fruity notes.
Appearance: Dark golden brew and whole brown leaves in color.
Steeping instructions:
4dl teapot - use about 6 grams of tea. Pour in 100° water and let it steep for 1.5 minutes.
2dl teapot - use about 3 grams of tea. Pour in 100° water and let it steep for 1.5 minutes.
Second steeping 2 minutes, third steeping 3 minutes. Make sure the temperature of the water does not drop, taste evolves with heat.
