Black tea - Assam Teloijan TGFOP1 SF
An orthodox Assam tea from Teloijan Tea Estate.
Assam is distinguished in taste from other black teas, and is a variant of tea bush called Camellia Sinensis var. assamica. Assam tea is generally grown at lower altitudes.
Origin: Moran, Assam, India
Taste: Taste of malt with spiciness.
Appearance: Black tea, golden tips, golden brew.
Steeping Instructions:
4dl teapot - use about 5 grams of tea. Pour in 100 °C water and let it steep for 30 seconds.
2dl teapot - use about 2.5 grams of tea. Pour in 100 °C water and let it steep for 30 seconds.
Second steeping 30 seconds.
Third steeping 30 seconds.
