Black tea
Black tea produced at Latumoni Tea Estate, a small eco tea estate located in the upper Assam region. Latumoni produces high quality black tea partly from tea bushes grown from seeds of wild tea bushes.
Assam is distinguished in taste from other black teas, and is a variant of tea bush called Camellia Sinensis var. assamica. Assam tea is generally grown at lower altitudes.
Origin: Latumoni, Dibrugarh, Assam, India
Taste: Musty tea, balanced, note of caramel.
Appearance: Black tea, golden tips, golden brew.
Steeping Instructions:
4dl teapot - use about 6 grams of tea. Pour in 100 °C water and let it steep for 30 seconds.
2dl teapot - use about 3 grams of tea. Pour in 100 °C water and let it steep for 30 seconds.
Second steeping 30 seconds.
Third steeping 40 seconds.
The tea will hold for several steepings on the same leaves.
