Black tea
An orthodox Assam tea from Koilamari Tea Estate with a tradition of production of quality Assam tea. Koilmari is situated on the northern shore of the Brahmaputra River with nature as neighbor.
Assam is distinguished in taste from other black teas, and is a variant of tea bush called Camellia Sinensis var. assamica. Assam tea is generally grown at lower altitudes.
Origin: Sibsagar, Assam, India
Taste: Full-bodied balanced taste.
Appearance: Black tea, golden tips, golden brew.
Steeping Instructions:
4dl teapot - use about 5 grams of tea. Pour in 100 °C water and let it steep for 30 seconds.
2dl teapot - use about 2.5 grams of tea. Pour in 100 °C water and let it steep for 30 seconds.
Second steeping 30 seconds.
Third steeping 30 seconds.
