Oolong tea
This is a quality oolong tea from Taiwan that has been stored since 2001. The tea has been roasted lightly unlike many stored oolong teas. The taste differs from many stored oolong teas with a strength in flavor, a fruity tone and an underlying bitterness.
There is a tradition with aging of oolong teas in Taiwan.
Origin: Ming Jian, Nantou, Taiwan
Taste: The tea has a strength in flavor, a fruity tone and an underlying bitterness.
Appearance: Leaf rolled into small balls.
Steeping Instructions:
4dl teapot - use about 6 grams of tea. Pour in 100 °C water and let it steep for 2 minutes.
2dl teapot - use about 3 grams of tea. Pour in 100 °C water and let it steep for 2 minutes.
Second steeping 2 minutes.
Third steeping 3 minutes. Make sure the water temperature does not drop, the flavor develops with the heat.
The tea is well suited for several steepings on same tea leaves.
